OFCCP Rescinds Equal Opportunity Survey Rule to Focus Enforcement Resources

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is publishing a final rule rescinding the Equal Opportunity Survey (EO Survey) requirement, allowing it to better direct its resources for the benefit of victims of discrimination, the government, contractors, and taxpayers.
