OSM Announces Proposed Information Collection for Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking approval to continue collecting information related to permanent program inspections and technical training programs, previously approved under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
