USDA Amends National Organic Program Regulations

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has finalized a rule to update the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances, reflecting recommendations from the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) from 2000 to 2005, adding thirteen new substances and revising the appeal process.
