Harvard Risk Assessment of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) Update; Notice of Availability and Technical Meeting

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is reopening and extending the comment period for the 2005 updated Harvard Risk Assessment of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) until a new deadline is set, following a comment submitted after a technical meeting held on July 25, 2006. The original deadline for comments was August 11, 2006.
