U.S. Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty on German Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated a review of antidumping duties on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Germany, following a request from ThyssenKrupp and a lack of interest from a major domestic producer, Mittal Steel.
