USDA Tentatively Approves Changes to Appalachian and Southeast Milk Marketing Orders

The US Department of Agriculture has proposed amendments to the transportation credit balancing fund provisions of the Appalachian and Southeast milk marketing orders, which would establish a variable mileage rate factor and increase the maximum transportation credit assessment rate, among other changes.
