USPS Transfers Responsibility for Consumer Protection Cases to Inspection Service

The Postal Service is shifting its representation in consumer protection cases before the Judicial Officer Department from the Office of the General Counsel to the Inspection Service Office of Counsel, effective changes to litigation responsibility.
