Office of Government Ethics to Submit Modified Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report Form for OMB Review

The Office of Government Ethics will submit a proposed modified version of the OGE Form 450 for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act, with the goal of improving the form's clarity and design, and implementing changes to the information collected, starting January 1, 2007.
