EPA Approves Vermont's Negative Declaration for OSWI Units

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Vermont's negative declaration, submitted by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VT DEC) on June 30, 2006, which certifies that there are no existing 'other solid waste incineration' (OSWI) units within the state's boundaries.
