Hawaiian Airlines Seeks Extension for Comments on Declaratory Order Request

The Department of Transportation is extending the deadline for comments and reply comments on Hawaiian Airlines' request for a declaratory order regarding its service to American Samoa, now due on October 31 and November 21, 2006, respectively.
