FMCSA Requests Public Comment on Exemption Application for Kershaw Fruit & Cold Storage Co., Inc. and Kershaw Sunnyside Ranches, Inc. for Safe Operation of Wooden Fruit Bins

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public input on an application by Kershaw Fruit & Cold Storage Co., Inc. and Kershaw Sunnyside Ranches, Inc. to exempt them from general cargo securement requirements, allowing them to transport wooden fruit bins more efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
