Heavy Forged Hand Tools from China: Final Antidumping Duty Results and Rescission

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an antidumping duty review on Chinese heavy forged hand tools, finding that some manufacturers sold the products at below-market prices between February 2004 and January 2005, prompting rescission of partial reviews and final rescission of some duties.
