Government Securities Act Regulations: Applicability to Over-the-Counter Derivatives Dealers

The US Department of the Treasury is issuing a final rule to amend the Government Securities Act of 1986, clarifying that over-the-counter derivatives dealers who are also government securities dealers are in compliance with the regulations if they follow relevant Securities and Exchange Commission rules.
