HUD Reopens Public Comment Period for Accelerated Claim and Asset Disposition Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is reopening the public comment period for its Accelerated Claim and Asset Disposition (ACD) program, which was initially proposed in June 2006, after receiving recent requests for additional time to submit comments.
