EPA Revises Effective Dates of PAIR and Health and Safety Data Reporting Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the effective dates of the Preliminary Assessment Information Reporting Rule (PAIR) and the Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule due to the relocation of the EPA Docket Center (EPA/DC) following structural damage caused by flooding in June 2006. The revised effective dates will ensure that all withdrawal requests submitted to EPA by August 30, 2006, for chemicals listed in these rules have been processed.
