Boeing Model 777-200 Series Airplanes to Receive Special Safety Conditions for Forward Lower Lobe Crew Rest Compartment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued special conditions for the Boeing Model 777-200 series airplanes, which feature a modified forward lower lobe crew rest compartment (CRC) designed by Aerocon Engineering Company (AEC). The new safety standards aim to ensure the aircraft meets equivalent safety levels as existing airworthiness regulations.
