Mountain Coal Company, LLC Proposes Methane Drainage Wells Project in Colorado

Mountain Coal Company, LLC has submitted a proposal to construct ventilation and emergency escape shafts and install up to 160 methane drainage wells on 120 pads with 19 miles of access roads to mitigate explosive gas in their Colorado coal mine.
