CEQ Releases Proposed Guidance on Categorical Exclusions under NEPA

The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) has released a proposed guidance for Federal agencies to establish and use categorical exclusions in meeting their National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) responsibilities. CEQ is seeking public comments on the proposal before finalizing the guidance.
