EPA Denies Prairie State Generating Company's PSD Permit Appeal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition for review of a Federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit issued to Prairie State Generating Company by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), following a decision made by the Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) on August 24, 2006.
