National Science Foundation Receives Permit Application for Antarctic Research Camps

The National Science Foundation has received a permit application for operating remote field camps during helicopter flights from Punta Arenas, Chile to the South Pole and back, in accordance with the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978.
