Hazardous Materials Regulations: Minor Editorial Corrections and Clarifications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is making minor corrections and clarifications to the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) published in the Federal Register on September 14, 2006. PHMSA is addressing a minor error in the final rule, which previously corrected editorial errors, made minor regulatory changes, and clarified certain provisions in response to requests for further clarification.
