Etofenprox Pesticide Tolerances Established for Emergency Exemptions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set time-limited tolerances for etofenprox residues in rice grain and straw, allowing for its emergency use on rice under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). These tolerances expire on December 31, 2009.
