City of Tempe Seeks 50-Year Permit for Rio Salado Project

The City of Tempe has submitted a request to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a 50-year survival permit to allow for incidental take of endangered species during the operation and maintenance of the Rio Salado Environmental Restoration Project.
