FAA Extends Scoping Period for Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Experimental Permits

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the deadline for comments on a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Experimental Permits, with all comments due by October 31, 2006, to inform the preparation of the Draft PEIS.
