SEC Grants Accelerated Approval for Proposed Rule Changes by Fixed Income Clearing Corporation and National Securities Clearing Corporation

The SEC has approved proposed rule changes by the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation and National Securities Clearing Corporation to establish a clearing fund premium based on a member's clearing fund requirement relative to their regulatory capital ratio.
