Medicare Program; Rural Health Clinics: Amendments to Participation Requirements and Payment Provisions; and Establishment of a Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program; Suspension of Effectiveness

The U.S. government has temporarily suspended the changes made to the rural health clinic program, reverting to the previous rules that were in effect before 2003. The changes, which were intended to improve the quality of care at these clinics, will be reissued in the future.
