U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Announces Draft Environmental Impact Statement Availability for Hemet/San Jacinto Integrated Recharge and Recovery Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in coordination with the Eastern Municipal Water District, has made a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Hemet/San Jacinto Integrated Recharge and Recovery Project available for public comment, with a revised deadline of October 31, 2006, to meet statutory requirements.
