National Institutes of Health to Consider Co-Exclusive License for Antibody-Based Therapeutics

The National Institutes of Health is issuing a notice of its intention to grant an option to a co-exclusive commercialization license for the development of antibody-based therapeutics targeting the platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha, as outlined in several U.S. patents and pending patent applications.
