FAA to Consider Waiving Airport Property Use Requirement in Lexington County, SC

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a request from the County of Lexington to exempt approximately 2.38 acres of airport property in Pelion, SC, from aeronautical use requirements, as allowed under Title 49, U.S.C. 47107(h)(2).
