Office of Personnel Management Requests Reclearance of Revised Information Collection for Disability Annuity Restoration

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request for reclearance of a revised information collection, RI 30-9, which informs former disability annuitants of their right to request restoration under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The OPM is seeking public comment on the proposal, which is expected to result in an estimated annual burden of 200 hours.
