Comment Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection: RI 25-15

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection, RI 25-15, which is used to collect information from adult children of deceased Federal employees or annuitants to ensure their eligibility for payments from OPM.
