US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Rule to Streamline WIC Program Regulations

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule to address issues raised by WIC State agencies, the US Government Accountability Office, and other stakeholders, incorporating recent legislation and program policies into the regulations to strengthen coordination and improve eligibility determination.
