Quizalofop Ethyl Pesticide Tolerance Established by EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a pesticide tolerance for quizalofop ethyl, allowing it to be present on various raw agricultural commodities such as barley, flax, sunflower, and wheat. Nissan Chemical Industries, Ltd. submitted a request for this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
