Final Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program for Fiscal Year 2007

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has published the final Fair Market Rents for Fiscal Year 2007, which will be effective on October 1, 2007, and reflect the estimated 40th and 50th percentile rent levels trended to April 1, 2007, to determine payment standard amounts for the Housing Choice Voucher program and initial rents for the Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy program.
