Sabine Pass LNG Requests Waiver from LNG Facility Safety Regulation

Sabine Pass Liquefied Natural Gas (SPLNG) facility is seeking a waiver from the regulation requiring new LNG facilities to comply with the National Fire Protection Association's standard 59A (NFPA 59A), 2001 Edition, which was set to take effect after March 31, 2000.
