EPA Proposes Agreement for Recovery of Response Costs at Denova Superfund Site
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed an agreement with Environmental Enterprises Inc. and Daniel J. McCabe to compensate the agency for past response costs at the Denova Superfund Site in Rialto, California, with a total recovery of $75,000.00.
