Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Comment Request; Owner of Record and Re-Sale Data to Preclude Predatory Lending Practices (Property Flipping) on FHA Insured Mortgages

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection requirement to prevent predatory lending practices, specifically property flipping, on FHA-insured mortgages.
