Comment Request for Form 11-C: Proposed Collection

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on the proposed collection of information for Form 11-C, Occupational Tax and Register Return for Wagering, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
