EPA Approves West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for NOX Emission Reductions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to meet Phase II nitrogen oxides (NOX) emission reduction requirements, following the state's adoption of a permanent rule and submission of the revised plan to EPA by the deadline.
