US Department of Labor Proposes Changes to Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act Forms

The US Department of Labor has proposed revisions to the forms used by labor organizations to file annual financial reports, requiring certain unions to disclose financial assistance to specific trusts, in response to a court ruling in 2005.
