NMFS Proposes Rule to Implement Amendment 16-4 for Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a rule to implement Amendment 16-4 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan, which aims to rebuild seven overfished species and set harvest specifications for 2007-2008, while preventing overfishing and minimizing bycatch.
