The Medicare Program is announcing the fifth meeting of the EMTALA Technical Advisory Group (TAG), which reviews hospital and physician responsibilities under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). The public is invited to attend and provide comments on specific issues affecting EMTALA regulations.
