Pipeline Safety: Relaxation of Public Awareness Regulations for Gas Distribution Operators

The PHMSA proposes to ease public awareness requirements for certain gas distribution operators, allowing them to meet these needs with less burden, as these operators typically manage property and incidentally provide gas service to customers on the property.
