US Department of Commerce Revokes Part of Antidumping Duty Finding on Polychloroprene Rubber from Japan

The US Department of Commerce has revoked part of its 2006 finding that imposed duties on certain polychloroprene rubber imports from Japan, following a review of changed circumstances and lack of interest from domestic parties in the relief provided.
