EPA Proposes Approval of West Virginia Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a redesignation request for the West Virginia portion of the Wheeling, WV-OH 8-hour ozone nonattainment area, allowing it to meet the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
