EPA Extends Deadline for Objections on Clean Air Rule for Biomass Cogeneration Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the deadline for submitting objections to the notice of data availability for EGU NOX Annual and NOX Ozone Season Allocations for the Clean Air Interstate Rule Federal Implementation Plan Trading Programs, specifically for biomass cogeneration units, by 90 days to January 3, 2007, due to difficulties in collecting information related to efficiency standards for these units.
