American Stock Exchange LLC Approves Rule Change for Registered Options Traders

The American Stock Exchange LLC has approved a proposed rule change to apply certain provisions of its minor rule violation plan to registered options traders, supplemental registered options traders, and remote registered options traders, as outlined in its Order Approving Proposed Rule Change and Amendment No. 1 Thereto.
