FMCSA Receives Applications for Exemptions from Diabetes Prohibition for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced the receipt of 45 applications for exemptions from the prohibition against individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus (ITDM) operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce.
