Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Drawbridge Operating Regulation at Stickney Point Bridge

The US Coast Guard is proposing modifications to the operating regulation of the Stickney Point (SR 72) drawbridge, following comments received on a proposed rule change published in 2005 and a test deviation held in 2006.
