EPA Proposes Settlement with Kmart Holding Corporation Over Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reached a settlement with Kmart Holding Corporation to address Clean Water Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act violations. The EPA is seeking public comment on the proposed agreement.
